Fifth Element is a newly renovated training space at the Boroondara Sports Complex and houses two types of classes: Cycle & Challenge.

Our cycle component houses state of the art TechnoGym bikes and the free MyWellness programming to assist in tracking your workouts and progress! Here are some specific details about our cycle classes:

  • 45 minutes in duration
  • 16 bikes/spots
  • Suitable for most fitness levels
  • Challenge your fitness by doing these High-Intensity workouts!

The open floor space is home to our Challenge classes, a High-Intensity Functional workout that uses a variety of equipment. The Challenge classes are:

  • 45 minutes in duration
  • Suitable for most fitness levels & ages
  • Challenge your body and your mind
  • Increase your metabolism!
  • Functional workouts that use a variety of equipment
  • A maximum of 12 participants
