We have partnered with healthAbility to bring our members a series of free, engaging workshops to explore practical strategies and tips for a healthy lifestyle.

These sessions are an hour long, with presentations, live demonstrations and time for discussion at the end.

Don’t forget to check back regularly as the full schedule of workshops will be updated in the coming months.

Healthy Balanced Eating

Eating a well-balanced diet means eating a variety of foods from each of the food groups daily and in the recommended amounts. How much protein-rich foods should I be eating each day?

Can I eat more fruit and less vegetables to boost my fibre intake? What is the recommended number of serves for each food group?

Come along to hear from Accredited Practising Dietitian, Lucie d’Udekem d’ACoz from healthAbility discuss healthy balanced eating, how it can keep you in good health and learn some practical tips on how to achieve this balance within your diet
