Our aquatic group fitness classes are specially tailored for older adults, people with a disability or people who have an injury.
Led by qualified instructors, the classes run for 50 to 60 minutes and provide a safe and gentle environment for keeping fit and healthy.

How to book your aquatic group fitness class
- Select the class you want to book using the links / timetable above.
- Login to your online account using your email address and password.
- You will automatically be directed to the 'Group Fitness - Aqua Filter'.
- Select 'Book now'
- Use the filter to select your class.
- Select 'Book'.
- Select 'Book now' again.
- Accounts with multiple payment plans will be prompted to select which individual they wish to register.
- Make payment (casuals only)
- Pay for a single session via credit/debit card.
Credit / debit card
- Enter your credit / debit card details.
- Make payment.
- You will receive an email confirming your booking.

How to cancel your aquatic group fitness booking
- Login to your online account using your email and password.
- Go to 'My Bookings'.
- Select 'Cancel Booking'

Booking conditions
Bookings open seven days prior to the class start time (to the minute).
Cancellation policy
Casuals / multi-visits: Cancellations made no later than 60 minutes before your booking will result in a product return being added to your online customer account. Bookings cannot be cancelled after your booking or less than 60 minutes prior and are not allocated a credit.
No-show policy
Three 'no-shows' to a booked class in a seven-day period may result in a seven-day exclusion from booking online. Please note this exclusion refers to online bookings only. You will still be able to book and attend in centre during this online booking exclusion period.

Class guidelines
- Be early, late entry is not permitted.
- Be prepared with your workout gear, towel and water bottle.
- Be respectful and supportive of your fellow participants and our talented instructors.
- Be upfront with your instructor about any physical limitations or injuries you may have, especially if you're pregnant.
- Let the instructor know if it’s your first time in a fitness class.
- The minimum age to attend group fitness is 13 years.
- The minimum age to attend Adrenaline HIT is 18 years.
- The minimum age to attend HIIT 45 is 18 years.
- If you need to leave early, do so in a way that won’t impact others or the flow of the class.
- Put equipment away after the class.

Terms and conditions
- All customers must make a booking online (walk ins are accepted however places are limited and cannot be guaranteed).
- All patrons must be fully vaccinated to participate and will be required to show proof of vaccination at each session.
- Proof of vaccination will only be accepted via myGov documentation – either your digital wallet or online immunisation history statement. Please note: photo ID is required if using your immunisation history statement.
- Sessions can be booked seven days in advance.
- Change rooms, toilets and showers will be open for use.
- Each participant must check in via the QR code check in.
- Please bring a water bottle and towel with you as well as an exercise mat.
- Face masks must be worn indoors, but can be removed for the duration of the session.
