    We are keeping our learner pool open for the school holidays!

    BSC will keep the learner pool open during this period when the temperature is above 26 degrees. Typically, the learner pool closes from March onwards. However, given the school holiday period, we would like to provide families with the opportunity to swim.

    PlayGym allows children to advance their motor skill development through exploration, discovery and play.

    PlayGym is a casual gymnastics session designed for preschool-aged children. The casual booking structure provides families flexibility in their busy schedules. Sessions run during the school term.

    Our experienced staff set up creative, age-appropriate activities designed to engage your child’s interest and imagination.

    A staff member is available throughout the session to offer assistance and guidance where needed, however active supervision and participation from a parent or guardian is required.

    Sessions

    We currently offer four PlayGym sessions a week across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

    Session 6 Thursday 1:30pm - 2:15pm

    Please note: Balwyn Gymnastics Club reserves the right to cancel PlayGym sessions without notice.

    Bookings

    PlayGym sessions can be booked on a casual basis. We encourage families to book early as capacity for each session is strictly limited.

    • Make-up class policy
      • You must register your absence, via the online customer portal, two hours prior to the class starting.
      • You are entitled to an unlimited number of make-up classes per student per year.
      • If your regular class falls on a public holiday or Easter Sunday, you will not be charged. There are no classes or make-up class replacements for public holidays and Easter Sunday.
      • Make-up classes have an expiry of 90 days from the absent class. Make-up classes not claimed within 90 days will be forfeited.
      • Absences can be registered 14 days in advance.
