We have partnered with Nutrition Australia to bring our members a series of free, engaging workshops to explore practical strategies and tips for a lifestyle of healthy, balanced eating.

  2. Master the art of crafting well-balanced meals and snacks.
  3. Discover the fascinating connection between our food choices and our mood.

These sessions are an hour long, with presentations, live cooking demonstrations and time for discussion at the end. There are limited spots available, so view the session schedule below and book your spot.
