We’ve launched the online customer portal!

Members will be able to manage their membership online, update customer details, see membership details or suspend memberships (non-medical) online

Existing health and wellness members and swimming lessons members accounts have been created.

Passwords can now be set. If you cannot set your password online, please visit us in centre.

How to set your password

  • Visit the 'My account' page and select 'Login to access' the online customer portal
  • Select 'Forgot password'
  • Input your email address and select ‘Submit
  • You will be sent an email titled 'Reset password' with a link to reset your password
  • Follow the link within the email and create your password. This will be your password for all future logins to the online customer portal
Once you have set your password you can log on to the online customer portal. 

Health and wellness

  • Online bookings: booking group fitness classes or personal training sessions has never been easier - you can check class activities and book online
  • Managing your membership: update your details, see your membership details or suspend memberships online
  • Make online purchases: visit the online shop feature to purchase your personal training packs or single sessions

Swimming lessons

  • Check or change your swimming lesson time
  • Check your progression reports with online assessments
  • Register your absence and book make-up lessons (Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre and Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre not applicable for inclusion or progression classes)

Gymnastics (Boroondara Sports Complex only)

  • Check or change your gymnastics class time
  • Check your progression reports with online assessments
  • Register your absence and book make-up classes

Please be aware

Boroondara Leisure and Aquatic Facilities will continue to process your direct debits each fortnight. There are no additional fees or charges for this new service, but please note that due to our system change, the reference on your bank statement from the debit on Thursday 21 March 2024 may be slightly different from previous transactions.
